Hayseed Hamfest is your supplier of metal can-type and tubular electrolytic capacitors. These are available individually, as well as in complete kits for re-capping your vintage gear.  You'll find we stock an ever-increasing number of caps and kits, made specifically for your equipment. We are also able to supply custom-made units on an order out basis at no price penalty.

The kits are based around our high-quality single or multi-section capacitors. They also include the other axial- and/or radial-lead electrolytic capacitors needed to complete the re-cap of specific models of equipment.

Features Include:

• Brand-New Electrolytic Capacitors, not N.O.S.
• Twist-Tab, Stud/Nut, or Clamp-Mounted Metal Can-Type Caps
• Clamp Mounted Multi-Section Tubular Caps with Wire Leads
• Individual can sections temperature-rated at 105C (Most OEMs were 85C).
• All sections are tested for specifc capacitance and leakage
• Furnished with metallic or phenolic mounting wafer (where applicable) at n/c.
• Voltage ratings increased where possible to handle today's higher a.c. line voltages.
• Terminals are identified per original, i.e. half-moon, square, etc.
• Copper terminals for superior soldering characteristics.
• Can is available with either common negative or positive.
• New radial- and/or axial-lead capacitors included in complete re-cap kits.
• Desoldering braid furnished in each kit for your convenience.
